PCFC hosts 'Health and Innovation' Exhibition to Promote Comprehensive Healthcare Awareness

The Ports, Customs, and Free Zone Corporation hosted the "Health and Innovation" exhibition at its Port Rashid headquarters, with the objective of advancing health awareness and offering comprehensive free medical examinations and consultations to partners, customers, and employees. The consultations were conducted by a select group of esteemed local medical hospitals and specialized clinics. Mahmoud Amin Khoury, CEO of the Marine Agency for Wooden Dhows at the Ports, Customs and Free Zone Corporation, inaugurated the exhibition in the presence of the PCFC leaders. The exhibition witnessed a distinguished and large turnout of more than 400 visitors, with the participation of more than 20 entities specialized in the field of medical, health and cosmetic care, which showcased the latest technologies and products in the field of health and personal care. The exhibition featured a variety of awareness activities, including workshops and educational lectures covering topics such as healthy nutrition, exercise, obesity prevention, and more. These initiatives aimed to empower attendees with valuable knowledge and practical tips for maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Hend Ahmed Shaker, Director of Marketing and Corporate Communications Department at the Ports, Customs, and Free Zone Corporation, emphasized the significance of organizing such exhibitions regularly. She highlighted their role in bolstering health awareness among employees, viewing the exhibition as a crucial step towards realizing the Corporation's vision of fostering a healthy and supportive work environment while promoting a culture of health and safety across society. Shaker underscored the Corporation's commitment to prioritizing employee health, recognizing them as its most valuable asset.
